All wines are hand-picked, spontaneously fermented, unfiltered and slightly sulphurized.
We have been a member of ECOVIN since 2022 and are in the process of converting to organic viticulture.
SCHAUM_wine (sparkling)
to toast
For special occasions, our sparkling wine is comparable to champagne.
The yeast-cloudy pet nat rosé is almost a cult drink, which also goes well with selected desserts.
ORANGE_wine
Color visible
Like a red wine, the white grape varieties fermented on the mash. The color was extracted from the grape skins which causes its orange reflections.

From the plots of a first-class vineyard site, aged for at least 12-24 months in used wooden barrels or in stainless steel tanks. For the white wines, the letter in brackets reveals the location:
[k] = Laumersheimer Kirschgarten (cherry orchard),
[s] = Laumersheimer Steinbuckel (stone hump).

Light, drinky, matured in stainless steel with a low alcohol content, our wines of the estate are easy to enjoy at any time.

Soil tasteable
From different vineyard sites with the same soil type. In our case it is limestone. The wines are mineral, fresh and aged in used wooden barrels.

From plots of a first-class vineyard site, matured for at least 12-24 months in used wooden barrels. Our red wines grow in the Laumersheimer Kirschgarten.
